Agreement to Terms

By using BOBA Locker Room or its related sites and pages, you are agreeing to abide by the following terms. Even though they may change from time to time, your continued use of the websites implies that you accept the responsibility of knowing and following the terms contained herein.

Your Privacy

At BOBA Locker Room, we value your privacy. Our Privacy Policy details how your personal information is acquired, stored, and used. For more information, refer to our Privacy Policy.

Your Account with BOBA Locker Room

You must be at least 18 years old to buy or sell on BOBA Locker Room and affiliated websites. BOBA Locker Room does sell products that are for ages 13 and up, but it sells them to adults 18 years and older who can purchase with a credit card or other permitted payment method. If you are under 18, you may only use BOBA Locker Room with the monitoring of a parent or guardian.

You must be honest with us. All the information you provide must be accurate. It’s unacceptable to use false information or impersonate another person or store using your account.

You must choose an appropriate name. If you decide not to have your full name serve as the name associated with your account, you may not use language that is offensive, vulgar, infringes someone’s intellectual property rights or otherwise violates our Terms of Service. The same applies to your seller name. If you choose a seller name that is offensive, vulgar or infringes someone’s intellectual property rights, you will be asked by BOBA Locker Room to choose a new name or have your account suspended.

You are responsible for your account information. If you create an account to be used in conjunction with BOBA Locker Room services, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your account. You also agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password, including being held liable for any payments due on purchases made under your account.

You agree that you aren’t using our platform to break the law. You agree that you will not violate any laws in connection with your use of the BOBA Locker Room platform. This includes any local, state, federal and international laws that may apply to you. For example, as a seller, it’s your responsibility to obtain any permits or licenses that your store requires. You agree that you will not engage in fraud, theft, anti-competitive conduct, threatening conduct or any other unlawful acts or crimes against BOBA Locker Room, another BOBA Locker Room user or a third party.

Products and Pricing

BOBA Locker Room has no responsibility in pricing. BOBA Locker Room does not guarantee that product listings, prices, descriptions, available quantities, shipping times or release dates are accurate, complete, reliable, current or error-free. If a product you purchase from BOBA Locker Room is not as described, your recourse is to return it or request a partial refund by working directly with the seller member.

Unless otherwise noted, the price displayed for products from any individual seller on BOBA Locker Room represents the current price for that product, not including any shipping charges, taxes or processing fees that may be required.

Your credit card will be charged as soon as you submit your order. Certain factors may trigger an authorization challenge. If you pass the authorization challenge, your order will be processed as normal, if not the payment pending order may be cancelled by the buyer or seller.

Community Guidelines

BOBA Locker Room is a Community for All. We expect all BOBA Locker Room visitors to abide by our Community Guidelines, whether they are a buyer, a seller or just passing through to read content, watch videos or research prices. Refer to our Community Guidelines for more information.

In regard to products or content that you post directly to the BOBA Locker Room Marketplace (for example, a listing with photos), you agree to refrain from using photos, descriptions or other images or text that are offensive, vulgar, pornographic or otherwise violate our Community Guidelines.

Risks and Liabilities

Items purchased from individual sellers on BOBA Locker Room will be shipped by those sellers and will be the seller’s responsibility until delivery is confirmed. In the event of a dispute regarding the delivery of your products, you must contact either the individual seller or BOBA Locker Room Customer Service.

If you are a buyer: you understand that BOBA Locker Room has been appointed as the sellers’ limited payments agent for purchases you make on the BOBA Locker Room Marketplace. Accordingly, receipt of your payment by BOBA Locker Room on behalf of a seller extinguishes your obligation to pay the seller in the amount of the payment received, subject to these Terms of Service.

Disputes Between Buyers and Sellers

Because BOBA Locker Room is not directly involved with transactions between buyers and sellers, you agree to release BOBA Locker Room from claims, demands and damages related to transaction disputes. If a dispute arises, buyers and sellers are expected to deal with each other to come to a resolution. At times, BOBA Locker Room Customer Service may step in to mediate disputes between buyers and sellers on our platform. During mediation, BOBA Locker Room Customer Service may apply full or partial refunds to resolve disagreements. However, any and all refunds are at the discretion of BOBA Locker Room.

Termination

If you decide to terminate your account or your account is terminated by us, the Terms of Service will remain in effect even after your access to our platform is terminated or your use of our services ends.

Termination by You

You have the right to terminate your account with BOBA Locker Room, as well as have your data removed. Please see our Privacy Policy for more information.

Termination by BOBA Locker Room

If your account is terminated by BOBA Locker Room or we discontinue a service or your access to that service, we will not be liable to you for the effect that any changes to our services have on you, including your income or ability to generate revenue through those services.

Making Adjustments or Canceling Your Order Before It Has Shipped

If you need a change made to your order you should contact the seller as soon as possible after placing the order to try to have them adjust or cancel it before the order has shipped. Usually there is at least a 12-hour window after the order is placed to try to adjust some items, ask to combine shipping costs from multiple orders to the same marketplace seller or to cancel your order in its entirety. However, there is no guarantee that you will be able to reach the seller before the order has shipped.

Buyer's Remorse

Buyer's remorse, characterized by changing your mind about a purchase after placing an order, does not qualify for a return or refund. We encourage our customers to carefully review all product details and specifications before making a purchase to ensure satisfaction.

If your decision to return a product does not stem from buyer's remorse but rather issues like damage in transit, condition issues, or receiving an incorrect product, please contact the seller for assistance.

Returns and Refunds

Returns are only permitted for issues such as damage in transit, condition discrepancies, or receiving an incorrect product. Returns are not accepted for buyer's remorse. Sellers are responsible for processing returns and issuing refunds for orders they have fulfilled, and buyers are responsible for following the approved return process described below. BOBA Locker Room may, at its sole discretion, mediate disputes and apply full or partial refunds when appropriate.

Unauthorized Returns

At BOBA Locker Room, we are committed to ensuring that your shopping experience is seamless and enjoyable. To help us uphold these standards, we kindly ask that you follow our designated return process. This section outlines our policy regarding returns that are sent back without prior communication and approval from sellers on our platform or our team, depending on the order type.

Writing "Return to Sender" on a package or refusing a package to send it back without first contacting the seller does not qualify you for a refund. To be eligible for a refund, an item must be returned in accordance with our approved return procedures, which require initiating contact with the seller to discuss issues with the order and receive authorization for the return. Sellers must authorize the return of an order before you send it back.

Refunding Missing Orders

If your order has not arrived by the estimated delivery date, you should contact the seller by accessing your Order History and selecting the "Contact Seller" button next to the associated order.

To be eligible for a refund on a missing order you must:

  • Contact the seller after the estimated delivery date has passed to request a refund.
  • Reach out no later than 30 calendar days after the estimated delivery date.

Once you reach out to the seller, they have 2 business days (Monday – Friday, excluding holidays) to respond to your request. If you do not receive a response after 2 business days, you can escalate to BOBA Locker Room Customer Service for assistance in resolution.

BOBA Locker Room Customer Service may step in to help resolve issues if:

  • A seller has not responded to the buyer in the required timeframe.
  • A seller and buyer cannot reach a resolution on an issue.
  • There is no valid tracking information available.
  • A seller provides valid tracking and tracking status shows a delivered status.

Products listed under pre-sale status are excluded from this policy until after the release date and they are marked as shipped with an estimated delivery date applied.

Refunding Delivered Singles

Due to the volatile nature of the singles market, our sellers do not accept returns on single cards. However, there are three exceptions to this policy:

  • The condition of singles received does not match what was ordered.
  • Received singles are incorrect (wrong set, wrong printing, wrong card).
  • Ordered singles are missing from the package.

If you experience any of these issues, you should contact the seller by accessing your Order History and selecting the "Contact Seller" button next to the associated order.

Trademarks

Other trademarks, graphics and logos may appear on BOBA Locker Room, but not be owned by BOBA Locker Room, including but not limited to graphics and logos for: Wonders of the First.
